The Self-Leadership Program for Caretakers

Following the successful launch of the Female Leadership Program, the "leadhers academy+" platform is expanding its offerings.

The "care+lead" program is designed for parents who lovingly fulfill their roles as moms and dads while still maintaining high standards for their working lives.

Regardless of whether you already hold a leadership role or not, balancing both areas of life requires management and leadership skills on the one hand, and resilience and self-care on the other. This program, which is divided into three phases: before, during, and after maternity leave, provides precisely that.
